Dr Jorgensen attended the AO Trauma Basic Course in Hong Kong on 22-24 May, 2025 as International Faculty. The course attracted 40 + participants from Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, India and China. The course aims to introduce basic orthopaedics principles in the surgical management of fractures. It explores the theory, technique and allows for small case discussions about fracture management with locally and internationally trained trauma surgeons. The course also allows for participants an opportunity to develop surgical skills on sawbones models in the pursuit of ideal fracture management with correct surgical planning and execution.
